Auditor Finds Blasts Commission as Former Employees Charge Religious Discrimination

The Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission, shaken almost at its inception by the disclosure of open meetings violations, now is being accused of fiscal mismanagement by the state auditor and of religious discrimination by its former employees. The accusation that the commission did not institute proper internal controls came from State Auditor and Inspector Gary Jones in an audit report released Nov. 18.
