R. D. Maynard was elected to serve as chairman of the Idaho Industrial Commission through the end of 2015, the agency announced.
Maynard, who represents employees on the panel, will replace Thomas P. Baskin, who will continue to serve as the attorney representative on the commission. Thomas E. Limbaugh will continue to serve as the employer representative.
Commissioners are appointed by the governor to six-year terms. Every two years, the commissioners elect a new chairman.
