XL Capital Ltd Tuesday reported record net income available to ordinary shareholders for the quarter ended March 31, 2004, of $452.2 million, or $3.25 per ordinary share, compared with $239.9 million, or $1.74 per ordinary share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2003.
