Court Revives Injured Worker's Claims for Premises Liability, Negligence

The Nebraska Court of Appeals revived the claims of an injured worker and his employer’s insurance carrier against a property owner for premises liability and negligence. In 2018, Patrick Reed was building a personal residence and was acting as the general contractor for the project.
