Federal workplace safety regulators fined an Alabama cabinet manufacturer $115,118 for eight safety violations uncovered while investigating an electrocution that happened in March.
A 33-year-old worker at Wellborn Cabinet Inc. came into contact with a 277-volt circuit while replacing a light fixture in a paint booth on March 16.
