Supreme Court Denies Worker's Claim for Herniated Nucleus Pulposus

The Idaho Supreme Court upheld the denial of a worker’s request for benefits for a herniated nucleus pulposus. The case was Proulx v. Saveway Market Inc., No. 51856-2024.
