American International Group on Thursday said it will fight three federal class-action lawsuits filed in California, New Jersey and New York that it says are nothing more than an attempt to rehash already settled allegations that it underreported workers' compensation premiums.Employers said in complaints filed on Tuesday that they overpaid annual surcharges and assessments as a result of AIG underreporting premium to state regulators for the past 40 years.
