Senator Reviewing Amendments That Would Narrow Apportionment Discrimination Bill

The author of a California bill that would ban workers’ comp apportionment based on race, gender and other protected attributes is reviewing proposed amendments that would limit the scope of the legislation, a spokesman for the lawmaker said Monday.
