Business Owners Arraigned on Fraud Charges

The California Department of Insurance announced that three business owners were arraigned on charges that they conspired to illegally lower their workers’ compensation premiums by more than $125,000. Troy Williams, 49, owned and operated a framing business called Archer Building Co. John Allison, an Archer employee, created Allison Development in 2016.
