OSHA Cites Company for 17 Serious Violations

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Fort Worth-based EICA Industries, Inc. for 17 serious violations, OSHA said in a release.EICA manufactures heads and ends for pressurized tanks. It was cited for exposing workers to preventable struck-by and amputation hazards, with a proposed penalty of $46,000.
