The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation has released the agenda for its meeting Tuesday on the National Council on Compensation Insurance’s proposed statewide average rate decrease for workers’ compensation.
NCCI is proposing a 3.3% statewide average rate reduction. Tuesday’s meeting will include presentations both by NCCI and by Steve Burgess, the state’s insurance consumer advocate.
