Oregon’s maximum weekly temporary disability benefit will increase more than 14% on July 1 to match the increase in the state’s average weekly wage, the Workers’ Compensation Division announced.
Maximum TD benefits will increase to $1,658.68 per week from $1,454.24. The increase is a result of the 14.059% increase in the state’s average weekly wage, which climbed to $1,247.13 from $1,093.41, the division said Friday in Bulletin No. 111.
