Former Insys Executives Convicted of Racketeering Conspiracy

The founder of Insys Therapeutics Inc. and four former company executives have been convicted by a federal jury in Boston of racketeering conspiracy for bribing doctors to prescribe the potent opioid Subsys. The jury on Thursday convicted: John N. Kapoor, 76, of Phoenix, founder and former executive chairman. Richard M.
