Bill Would Limit Public Employer Vaccine Mandates, Require Comp for Vaccine Injuries

Lawmakers in Missouri introduced a bill that would make COVID-19 vaccine mandates “unenforceable” by public employers and make employers liable for “medical treatment” injuries under workers’ compensation.
