WCB Asks Adjusters to Start Using Submission Portal

The Workers’ Compensation Board of Indiana on Tuesday asked all adjusters to start using the provider payment inquiry submission portal on Friday. The PPI submission portal will be available only to adjusters for now, the board said. Use of the portal to submit PPIs will become mandatory Oct. 1.
