Odyssey Investment Partners said Monday that it has completed the sale of One Call Care Management to funds that are advised by Apax Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Jacksonville, Fla., One Call specializes in cost-containment services to the workers' compensation industry. Odyssey purchased the company in December 2009 and merged it with MSC Care Management in August 2012.
