The Industrial Commission of Arizona is holding its 2024 Claims Seminar Aug. 15-16 in Scottsdale.
The seminar will cover topics including an overview of state work comp statutes, the role of the ICA, new rules for self-insurance and a review of labor laws.
Other topics include schedule and nonschedule permanent disability, average monthly wage calculations, good faith claims management and compensability.
The claims seminar will be held at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn Scottsdale.
The ICA said same-day registration will not be offered.
