Despite Some Gains, Comments Show QME Community Not Satisfied With Latest MLFS Proposal

In its latest Medical-Legal Fee Schedule offering, the Division of Workers’ Compensation has upped the proposed payment for med-legal exams and proposed payment for no-shows and canceled appointments, two elements requested by California’s qualified medical evaluators and like-minded stakeholders.
