CMS Holding Webinar on Reporting Rules

The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is holding a reporting webinar Sept. 12. The program will cover best practices and reminders for non-group health plans that are required to report payments so that CMS can determine the primary payer. If Medicare paid first when it should not have, CMS seeks repayment from the other payer or the Medicare beneficiary.
