Opioid addiction, modern communication skills and best practices in workers' compensation will be explored during three pre-conference workshops at the Commission for Case Manager Certification 2017 New World Symposium.
The pre-conference sessions will take place on Jan. 26, right before start of the symposium, which will run from Jan. 26-28 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Dallas. Through Oct. 22, each of the three workshops is available to symposium registrants at no extra charge.
