The Division of Workers’ Compensation will have to publish data including how many times an individual provider’s treatment requests were denied, under a bill signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom.
Newsom on Tuesday signed Senate Bill 537, by Sen. Gerald Hill, D-San Mateo, which also imposes new requirements for medical provider networks and directs the DWC to review new payment models.
