Maximum Retro PTD and TTD Benefits Increasing Oct. 1

Maximum temporary and permanent total disability benefits under Oregon’s retroactive program will increase 3.8% effective Oct. 1, the state’s Workers’ Compensation Division announced. The maximum PTD benefit for workers eligible for retroactive benefit increases will grow to $830.15 from $799.54. The maximum TTD benefit will increase to $737.91 from $710.70.
