Costs Increased 3% Over 6 Years, but Court Decisions Could Trigger Additional Increases

The average total cost per workers’ compensation claim in Florida grew 3% from 2010 to 2015, lower than in seven other large states studied, according to a report released by the Workers Compensation Research Institute Tuesday.
