Alliant Acquires North County Insurance

Alliant Insurance Services has acquired North County Insurance, a 79-year-old brokerage based in Escondido. Founded in 1940, North County Insurance provides commercial and personal insurance to clients throughout Southern California. North County Insurance President Joseph Giamanco and the brokerage staff will join Alliant, and continue to serve clients from offices in Escondido. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
