The Kansas Department of Labor has posted an updated Workers' Compensation Practice and Procedure Guide on its website to reflect changes to workers' compensation laws and regulations made in 2011 and 2013.
The 64-page guide provides assistance to attorneys and others who appear before the Workers' Compensation Division when settling issues between employers and injured workers.
