Insurers are pushing for mandatory public disclosure of self-insured groups’ financial information as the Office of Self Insurance Plans (SIP) moves one step closer this week to handing its massive new set of proposed self-insurance group (SIG) regulations over to the Office of Administrative Law for final review.A public hearing was held Monday to allow public comment on the proposed set of regulations.
