Idaho Supreme Court Releases Changes to Appellate Rules

The Idaho Supreme Court released an order amending Appellate Court rules on Industrial Commission decisions regarding compensation that could result in an immediate appeal that would take effect at the beginning of July. The amendments to the rules include adding a section in 11(d)(2), that any final order decided by the Industrial Commission regarding compensation can be immediately appealed.
