DWC Adopts New Form and Protocol for Insurer Data Requests

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation has adopted a new form and more secure protocol for insurers to use when requesting data on their own performance. The DWC said in a memo that Form-029, Request for Standard Detailed Data Reports, can be submitted by carriers, self-insurers, self-insurer groups and government entities to request their claim-level data that has already been submitted to the division.
