A former Target store employee who claimed she was injured on the job in 2012 pleaded guilty this week to double-dipping.
Kim Floyd, 50, of Warren, Ohio, was charged with running her own photography business for four years while collecting benefits for an injury, depression and chronic pain, according to a local news report. She attempted to add other injuries to the list of ailments in 2017 and 2018, court records show.
Altogether, Floyd collected between $1,000 and $7,500 in benefits, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation said.
She is set to be sentenced in Trumbull County court after a pre-sentencing investigation is complete. She was released this week after posting a $1,000 bond.
