The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced that it adopted a package of rules that will, among other things, increase the maximum allowable payment amounts for most physician services by an average of 2%.
Maximum allowable payments for office visits would increase 10%, under the rules the division finalized Wednesday and that take effect April 1.
The division said the revised rules will also increase the conversion factor for anesthesia services to $60.93 from $59.74.
