The North Carolina Industrial Commission is accepting comments on proposed changes to electronic filing procedures.
The changes are needed to enable the most efficient processing of filings and to make the rules more consistent with state law and appellate procedure, the commission said in a memo.
Among other changes, the rules would allow documents to be sent via email and would set up new addresses.
