Gov. Mary Fallin announced that Jonna D. Kirschner, the executive director of the Oklahoma Commerce Department, will be part of a team that will oversee the state's change to an administrative workers' compensation court system. Fallin appointed Kirschner to a team that will supervise the implementation of Senate Bill 1062, the 2013 reform bill that created an administrative workers' compensation system directed by a three-member workers' compensation commission.
