BWC Names Shawn Crosby New Claims Chief

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation named Shawn Crosby as its new chief of claims services Wednesday. Crosby joined BWC as a frontline clerk in 1993 and most recently served as Cincinnati claims director.
