DWC Sets Hearing on Update to Low-Back Disorder Guidelines

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation will hold a public hearing Sept. 17 on proposed evidence-based updates to the lower-back section of the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule. The division is proposing to incorporate into MTUS the "Low Back Disorders" guideline the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine updated Feb. 13, 2020.
