A Florida roofing company that failed to require employees to use fall protection faces $56,000 in fines by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
OSHA said it issued one willful citation to AWS Roofing Services of New Smyrna Beach on Dec. 8 after an inspector observed employees installing metal roofing on a three-story multi-family building without fall protection.
