Medical Transport Co. Owners Charged with Not Providing Coverage

State prosecutors have charged the owners of a medical transport company in Binghampton, New York, with three felonies for allegedly failing to provide workers' compensation coverage to employees and misleading regulators about their business' qualifications, the state inspector general and attorney general announced.
