The Kentucky Supreme Court last week upheld a five-year suspension for a Louisville-area attorney who had already been suspended from the practice of law for mishandling a client’s appeal and his firm's finances. Eric Tuley Weiner was admitted to practice in 2013. In 2015, Russell Gentry hired Weiner to represent him in a workers’ compensation action.
