The executive director of the Allen Metropolitan Housing Authority -- who has been accused by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation with making a false allegation involving an employee of the housing authority -- has been placed on paid administrative leave, the Lima News reported on Tuesday.The housing authority board placed Anna Schnippel on leave Monday, the newspaper said.Schnippel was issued a summons last week charging her with criminal falsification.
