Industrial Commission Adopts New Procedure Rules

The Idaho Industrial Commission on Wednesday adopted Judicial Rules of Practice and Procedure that create a new process for requesting a change of physician, reduce the turnaround for responding to a complaint and allow testimony based on depositions conducted after a hearing.The rules, which are effective immediately, say each party served with a copy of a complaint must file an answer within seven days.
