DWC: No Change in 2022 Assessment Rate

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that the assessment rates that pay for the agency's operations and finance the state’s Special Disability Trust Fund will remain unchanged in 2022. The Workers’ Compensation Administration Trust Fund assessment for calendar year 2022 is 0.79%, the DWC said in an informational bulletin. The administration trust fund covers operating costs for the DWC.
