Claimant Attorney Files 4 more Constitutional Challenge Petitions with High Court

A claimants’ attorney who’s part of 10 pending constitutional challenges to Oklahoma’s controversial, year-old workers’ compensation law hopes to see the state Supreme Court take up six of those cases. On Monday, Oklahoma City attorney Bob Burke filed petitions with the high court to consider constitutionality issues in four separate cases.
