BWC Seeks Comments on Enhanced Care Program Rule Proposal

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is seeking comments and feedback on proposed enhanced care program rules through Aug. 23. “Based on the success of the pilot program, BWC is proposing that rule OAC 4123-6-36 be adopted to create a permanent enhanced care program for eligible knee-only injury claims,” the bureau said. “If approved, the program would become permanent effective Jan. 1.” The BWC said system users can send comments to ProviderFeedBack@bwc.state.oh.us.
