Judge Grants Anti-SLAPP Motion in Drobot Defamation Complaint

Michael D. Drobot could be ordered to pay $63,000 for legal fees and costs incurred by three law firms after a Southern California judge granted a motion to dismiss the $60 million defamation complaint he filed. But attorneys for Drobot say they will appeal and the fight is far from being over. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E.
