BWC: Woman Ordered to Pay $17,144 in Restitution

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced that a woman who worked for seven employers over a two-year period during which she was receiving disability benefits was ordered to pay $17,144 in restitution. Frances Davis pleaded guilty on Nov. 1 to one felony count of attempt to commit workers’ compensation fraud, the BWC said. In addition to the restitution order, she was placed on probation for five years.
