Widow Can't Pursue Civil Remedy for Worker's COVID Death

The Virginia Court of Appeals ruled that a grocery store worker’s widow could not pursue a civil remedy from his employer for his fatal alleged workplace exposure to COVID-19. Ricky Taylor worked for Giant of Maryland LLC at a grocery store. In March 2020, Maryland Gov.
