Pennsylvania employers would be required to reimburse injured workers up to $250 per month for cannabis, under a bill introduced Monday.
Workers requesting reimbursement would have to be registered with the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program, under House Bill 1766, by Rep. David Delloso, D-Ridley Park.
The bill would require carriers to create systems to reimburse injured workers at least quarterly for eligible cannabis expenses.
