The Connecticut Compensation Review Board is planning to resume oral arguments in person Oct. 23, but participants must follow new procedures, the board announced.
Parties who do not wish to engage in the proceedings should let the board know, and hearings can be set up remotely, the CRB said in a memo. In-person arguments will now be heard at assigned times to facilitate social distancing. A schedule can be seen here.
Parties should wait in the lobby of the board's office in Hartford and wear face coverings at all times, the board said.
