Property Owner Can't Get Summary Dismissal of Labor Law, Negligence Claims

A New York appellate court ruled that a property owner was not entitled to summary judgment dismissing claims against it for negligence and violation of the Labor Law. Case: Agosto v. Museum of Modern Art, No. 2020-07752, 08/16/2023, published. Facts: Virginia Agosto worked as a hearing, ventilation and air conditioning technician for TEC Systems.
