A recovering hernia patient broke the "causation chain" when he overdosed on his wife's prescription pain medication, the Wyoming Supreme Court ruled, denying the claimant more benefits.
David Stewart was recovering from hernia surgery when he suffered a brain injury from an accidental overdose of pain medication.
