Blake Winward, a 45 year-old Cache County Resident, has been convicted of workers' compensation insurance fraud, a third degree felony, says Utah’s Workers Compensation Fund (WCF). Winward was sentenced to an indeterminate term, not to exceed five years, in the Utah State Prison, however the sentence was suspended. He was also ordered to pay restitution of more than $8,000 to WCF.
